Ribbed smoked sheet (RSS)

The rubber sheets are processed from fresh field latex sourced from various rubber plantations in and around our location by adopting modern methods of processing. We have different grades of rubber sheet namely, RSS 3, RSS 4 and RSS 5.

RSS 3 is superior in quality and is used by customers who are manufacturing medical and other precious products and also used for radial tyres. Generally RSS 4 and RSS 5 are used for manufacturing automobile tyres and other rubber products. Quality of all these grades are ascertained by adhering to the points as laid down by the green book standard. Normally, this is done via the process of visual grading by skilled and trained personnels. In India RSS rubber is mostly used by all the tyre manufacturers which are graded and packed in polythene covers to ensure quality and nullify any chances of quantity loss to the customer.

TECHNICALLY SPECIFIED RUBBER (TSR)

TSR is processed from the cuplumb and field coagulam. In India we have many processing factories where all the TSR is processed and packed, maintaining ISO standards. We have different grades of TSR. ISNR 10 and ISNR 20 are the two grades we generally deal in and is highly in demand . We do associate with all processors and trade large quantities of TSR including export to Asian and Middle East countries.
